Founded in 2018, Alchemy is the creation of Heather Leeds. With her passion for travel and all things design Alchemy’s interior, attention to detail and dedication to high end customer service is a true reflection of her experiences and inspirations.

We are a full service AVEDA salon specializing in Dry Cutting and organic color services in the boutique neighborhood of Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh PA. Alchemy is a certified clean air space so you can sit back, relax and breathe toxin free. Our products are cruelty free, 100% vegan, green rabbit certified, made with 100% post consumer recyclable packaging and produced in 100% wind powered factory, the only one of its kind in the USA!

Dry Cutting allows the stylist to see the movement and layers in the hair and allows for better precision. In addition to Dry Cutting, we specialize in all things color, from blonding to balayage, corrective color, ombré, lived in looks, red hair, brunettes, vivid colors and platinum blondes. Our AVEDA color line is 97% natural, uses essential oils and ingredients and is less toxic than any other color line on the market.
